Here I am world

I have always strived to live simply. I've clipped coupons, shopped garage sales, and worn hand me downs my entire life. But with job cuts and suffering from 'living the good life' for a while, I find my self in need of some simplifying. I plan for this to be my journal of my quest for a more frugal, cost effective life. I know I am not the only one going through this transition, so if you try any of the tips or ideas I post, or if you have any of your own, please let me know. Let's all help each other through this!
